The Commodities Market Summit Forum 2018 --- "My Steel" annual meeting was held in Shanghai International Sourcing Exhibition Center on December 15, 2017.

 

The meeting showed that the total fastener production output 2017 is 7.8 million tons and output value is 76.5 billion Yuan, compared with last year’s, which have increased 5.4% and 6.2%. As application of cold heading steel, car and related industries accounted for 25.4%, machinery manufacturing accounted for 22.7%. The total fastener production output is expected to be 8.1 million tons in 2018, an increase of 3.8% to last year’s.

 

The meeting said that 2017 cold heading steel 8.35 million tons consumption have accounted 6.05% of the total wire steel material consumption. At present, the cold heading steel production enterprises annual output capacity is 13.7 million tons, and the development focus of cold heading steel should be new type steel of high quality and good stability, which may be corrosion resistant steel, all-weather weathering resistant steel, green and environmentally steel, delay fracture resistance steel and so on.

Finally, the meeting hopes that China fastener industry should accelerate industrial restructuring and product transformation and upgrading. As fastener industry chain, upstream steel mills, downstream manufacturers should do a good job for product quality, to create macro layout of "boutique strategy" and "brand strategy"!

 

2017年12月15日，2018年大宗商品市场高峰论坛暨“我的钢铁”年会于上海跨国采购会展中心隆重召开。

会议指出，2017年紧固件总产量780万吨，产值765亿元，与去年相比增加5.4%和6.2%。冷镦钢用途中汽车及相关产业占25.4%，机械制造业占22.7%。预计2018年紧固件总产量为810万吨，同比增长3.8%。

会议称2017年冷镦钢消耗总量为835万吨，占线材总消耗量的6.05%。目前冷镦钢生产企业年产能1370万吨，其发展重点应该是高质、稳定的新钢种,例如耐腐蚀、全天候的耐候钢、绿色环保钢、抗延时断裂钢等。

最后，会议冀望中国紧固件行业要加速产业结构调整和产品转型升级。紧固件产业链上游钢厂、下游制造厂做好产品品质，打造“精品战略”和“品牌战略”的宏观布局！
